  • 10 years working in a commission-based salon environment
  • Salon management and team leadership
  • Executive Director leadership at two cosmetology schools
  • 11 years building and operating Skin by Brownlee & Co.

She has experienced the industry from behind the treatment table, inside leadership, and as a founder responsible for building and growing her own company.The Beauty Founder Playbook was created to share the business lessons beauty professionals are rarely taught before becoming entrepreneurs.
